what do you recommend to treat acne?
im pregnant so im limited to going to docs and getting prescribed pills,
if nothing works in next 4months, im going to docs to get something
i used to have very clear skin until i was about 16, and the last 4years ive had spots around my mouth mostly and a few on forehead, it isnt extreme acne the way ive seen people all over their face, but the last 4years i have tried spot treatments and they are still their,
right now im trying to cleanse, tone, and use lemon juice on my face morning and night to try and take asway the spots, i need to find out more things people have tried.if this doesnt work i will buy proactive
my boyfriend has had acne for about 3 years. we got him these herbal tablets from a company called victoria health .
there 100% herbal so will not affect your pregnancy. you can take 1 -3 a day depend at on how bad it is.
they are fantastic. he has tried cleansers toners and been to the doctor for creams and tablets and nothing has worked as good as these

Proactiv or Clean & Clear Advantage?
I have oily skin and acne and I am trying to decide what acne treatment to use. I used Neutrogena for a while but I didn't really see much of a difference. So I went to a dermatologist and she gave me some stuff for my acne. But it's been a few weeks and my acne seems to actually look worse.
I want to use Proactiv but it's expensive and as much as I've heard it works, I've heard that it didn't. The Clean & Clear system is cheap and it's seems to work.(After checking out the web site and seeing the commercials, it had me persuaded somewhat.) But I need a real opinion from real people.
Any help here? What acne treatment did you find worked well?
proactiv is awesome. you can see results in 24-48 hours, it is good for your skin and it feels great. it is a bit expensive, but with skincare, i have learned that you get what you pay for. if you get it online you get a free mask, and the mask is really, really good. don't get on the "automail" plan where they ship a kit to you every few months. if you use the system sparingly and not waste product it could last 3 months or more. good luck!
